For an order or a download problem, send it from the email address you paid with and include your Razorpay payment or order reference. Give the delivery email five minutes and check Promotions and Spam first; most "it never arrived" cases are sitting there.
For a refund, read the refund policy first so you know what to include, then email us within 7 days of the end of your guarantee period.
For anything about your data, the privacy policy explains what we hold and how to ask us to change or delete it.
