This policy explains what SS Ventures ("we", "us") collects when you use theschoolofcreators.com and its product pages, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past, so it is short.
Who we are
SS Ventures publishes The School of Creators, LaunchAds and the RemotePDF Guide. We are based in India and our pages are hosted on Cloudflare. You can reach us at samy@altshift.studio.
What we collect
- When you buy. Your name, email address and phone number, entered at checkout so we can deliver the guide and support you. Payment is handled by Razorpay, and your card or UPI details go to Razorpay, never to us.
- When you browse. Our product pages use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure which ads lead to a purchase. This records your device, browser, IP address, the pages you viewed and Meta's own cookies (for instance
_fbpand_fbc). Cloudflare also keeps standard server logs for security. - When you write to us. Whatever you put in the email, and the address you sent it from.
What we use it for
- Delivering the guide you bought and any updates to it.
- Answering support questions and handling refund requests.
- Measuring and improving our ads and our pages.
- Keeping order records that tax and accounting law require us to keep.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to take the payment.
- Meta Platforms, through the Pixel and Conversions API, to measure ad results. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy.
- Email and hosting providers we use to send your download and run the site, including Cloudflare.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Cookies and ad measurement
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the pages still work without them. You can also limit how Meta uses ad data in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. If you have an ad blocker that stops the Meta Pixel, nothing on our side breaks.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept while the question is open and for a reasonable time after. Ad measurement data is kept by Meta under its own retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are legally required to keep. Email samy@altshift.studio from the address you used at checkout and we will act on it. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to you, the rights in that Act apply in full.
Children
Our guides are for adults running or starting a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be mentioned on the product pages.
