Every guide from SS Ventures is a digital product. The moment your payment goes through you get instant and permanent access to the full guide, so there is nothing to send back and nothing we can take away once it has been downloaded. That is why refunds work differently to a physical product.
We still stand behind the work. Each guide carries a 30 day guarantee that is tied to actually following the system. The exact condition is different for each guide, so both are written out here.
LaunchAds: 30 day first profitable campaign guarantee
Run the ₹500 a day system as taught for 20 days. If in that time you do not get a single qualified click or sale, we refund you in full. The guide is in English; a refund is not available where the reason given is not knowing English.
RemotePDF Guide: 30 day first sale guarantee
Follow the training in full and implement everything exactly as taught. If you do not get your first sale within 30 days of purchase, we refund your entire investment. The full conditions are also on the RemotePDF refund page.
When we do refund you
- You went through the guide and actually built and launched what it teaches, and you can show us: the campaign or the sales page, screenshots of your ad account or your posts, and your delivery setup.
- The guarantee period has passed and the result it names has not happened.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- You never received access, and we could not get it to you.
In these cases we refund the full amount you paid.
When we do not refund you
- You changed your mind but never opened the guide or applied any of it.
- You skipped steps. The guarantee covers the system as taught, not part of it.
- You did not launch. A campaign or a product that was never put in front of buyers cannot produce a result.
- The request comes before the guarantee period has passed, or long after it.
- You expected something the page did not promise. Everything included is listed in full before checkout.
- You have shared, resold, uploaded or otherwise distributed any part of a guide.
How to claim it
Email samy@altshift.studio within 7 days of the end of your guarantee period and include:
- The email address you paid with, and your payment or order reference.
- Which guide the request is for.
- What you built: the link to your sales page or a description of the campaign, plus screenshots of your ad account or your posts and your delivery setup.
We reply to every request. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method and typically reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We would much rather sort it out directly and quickly. Access to a guide is withdrawn for any order that is charged back.
